Presentation: Public Health Measures to Address the Impact of Climate Change on Population Health-Proceedings from a Stakeholder Workshop

ENBEL researchers Debbi Stanistreet and Samira B. Jabakhanij from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) will hold one of 12 abstract presentations at the 2022 Joint North-South Public Health Conference.

This year’s conference theme is Healthy Planet, Healthy People

The 2022 Joint Public Health Conference is one of the first major conferences to highlight the impacts of climate change on population health on the island of Ireland.

On 30 November hundreds of health professionals, researchers and policymakers, from across Ireland and Northern Ireland and beyond, will come together at the Healthy Planet, Healthy People conference to consider the potential impacts of climate change on health, as well as the potential health benefits of taking climate action.

The oral presentation is entitled ‘Public Health Measures to Address the Impact of Climate Change on Population Health-Proceedings from a Stakeholder Workshop’.
